Calling all scientists!

Become part of a dynamic international community at Global Talent Mentoring!

Are you a scientist, mathematician, engineer or other practicing specialist in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medical sciences (STEMM)?

Do you have 30 min a week to support highly talented, motivated, young people by sharing your specialized knowledge and experience with them?

Then join the community of mentors at Global Talent Mentoring! Global Talent Mentoring is an online mentoring program that fosters excellence in STEMM worldwide for talented youths. Distinctive in its evidence-based, long-term approach, Global Talent Mentoring aims to bridge geographic and cultural distance to connect the brightest young minds with distinguished researchers, academics, and professionals in what will become a global pool of talent development.

The mentees are truly outstanding, hardworking young talents in STEMM from around the world—and exceptionally motivated to pursue excellence in a specific STEMM domain. The mentors are highly accomplished scientists and other practicing STEMM experts (Ph.D. or equivalent, e.g., R&D experience) working in the private and public sectors.

Global Talent Mentoring partners coordinate nearly 100 countries on five continents. Led by Prof. Dr. Heidrun Stoeger and her research team at the University of Regensburg (Germany), Global Talent Mentoring will be made available to young people everywhere, free of charge, from all cultural and financial backgrounds. The program will start with the first group of mentees in early 2021.
